Lawrence B. Erlich, M.D.


Dr. Erlich is board-certified in general, forensic and addiction psychiatry. He is also the author of the only textbook in his field, A Textbook of Forensic Addiction Medicine and Psychiatry. He completed undergraduate and medical school at the University of Pennsylvania, and he began his career in general practice. 

Dr. Erlich specializes in forensic and addiction psychiatry as well as Social Security Disability consultations. He is a Distinguished Life Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association and has been practicing medicine since 1963. He has provided expert witness consultations on more than 4,000 criminal and civil cases throughout the country.
