Insurance We accept Cigna and United Behavioral Health. For those who have a different insurance carrier, we are happy to furnish any necessary receipts to make an out-of-network claim. For information on consultation fees, please contact our office. Payment Payment for services is rendered at the time of each service. Though we offer several comprehensive programs, we do not believe in requiring payment for entire treatment programs up front unless the individual determines they will be most successful that way. All of our services, including rehabilitation, are paid for during the visit. Participants or family members who wish to pay in advance for sessions should contact us personally to arrange for the proper paperwork submission. Each appointment balance is settled at the time of the appointment. |
